One morning on my way into work I took a photo of power lines. It was a cloudy gray morning like we have so many of lately. I tried to get a shot of the sun through the clouds to frame in the lines of the power lines but the clouds weren’t cooperating.
The other photo that I used to Photoshop into my photo was at sunset over Nashville, Tennessee on my way home from Florida in February. I like the power lines in the background in the second photo that compliments the power lines in the first photo.
For those interested in what the first photo looked like before Photoshop here it is…..

Thanks Nancy. I was just playing around with trying to get the colors right in the original photo with no success and then started to alter it.

You have that first one framed in the it looks like abstract painting with boxes but I can’t recall the artist.

I’ve been having fun with Photoshop. There are so many things I haven’t tried out yet and things to improve on over time and still to learn.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I hadn’t thought about it looking like stained glass but it does have that look to it.

Very creative, J. I took the photos for the cover of SHADOW FLIGHT, but someone far more talented than I photoshopped them to form the cover art.

I took a class for Photoshop in February and I am amazed at the things you can do with it. After taking the class I doubt that I will believe every thing I see in a photograph anymore.
I will have to check out the cover of your book as well as the contents.

Jeanne, You know Harrison? Wow… the connections of the universe truly amaze me. And the creativity of your photograph is wonderful. I wish my own mind was as talented…

Harrison stopped by my blog from yours and commented. Thanks for the comment on my photo Joe. I don’t think you have anything to worry about in the talented department. I love reading your blog and the stories you weave there.
